Founder & Senior Tax Expert
Guelmie Santiago
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I moved to New Bedford in 1998. I had to learn the language and the culture. I studied the language and kept furthering my education. In 2010 I worked for Jackson Hewitt for few tax season where I learned a lot, I continue further my knowledge. I obtained my associates degree in Business from BCC in 2016 and my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Curry College in 2019.
Santiago Professional Services was born out the desire to help the Hispanic community along with all other minorities. I saw the need to have a business that can understand their needs and their language. In 2018 I became a Real Estate Agent to provide my clients with all their real estate needs.
We understand the needs and the struggle, we come from the community for the community.

Damaris Ferrer
Damaris moved from Puerto Rico to the New Bedford area in 2002. She met her partner and friend Guelmie and since then they have been working together. With their partnership they have developed Santiago Professional Services and continue to expand and thrive to provide such services throughout New England.
At Santiago Professional Services, our mission is simple: to assist and serve our clients with the utmost care. We believe in treating our clients with the same respect and honesty that we would expect ourselves.

Greyli Inoa
Greyli was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and relocated to the New Bedford area in 2009. Since then, she have been dedicated to expand her expertise to become a Tax Professional. Two years ago, she joined Santiago Professional Services, and she is so proud to be part of our rapidly growing and extending our services across the New England area.
She take’s great pleasure in helping our community in navigating the complexities of filing taxes, and She is always eager to assist others in ensuring a smooth and successful tax experience.
Office Assistant
Genesis Saldana
She was also born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to New Bedford in 2011. With her career as an Office Assistant, she enjoys working diligently to keep our operations running smoothly and on track. Recently, she joined Santiago Professional Services, she is thrilled to be part of such a dynamic team. She look forward to contributing to the company’s growth and expanding our reach across the South Coast of New England.
